Yay!

Welcome to the Peterson Sharing blog! I know, the title is lame, but I was too lazy to get creative.
Mom had the idea to start a blog where we can share recipes, tips, fitness advice, and whatever else you want to share with each other. So here it is! Get postin!

    keep encouraging me to get healthy with helpful
    dietary ideas..you know...like....not eating pizza at night...after a certain time....

    here is my input ...this was given to me by my high school buddy a few years ago and i have obviously not foolowed it..yet...

    1. eat the right amount of meals during the day..b'fast, lunch and dinner with light eating inbetween.

    2. do not eat any "fast food"...
    3. do not eat after 7:30 p.m.

    my buddy, by the way, has not gained any noticeable weight since high school.....
