Its a new dawn

YO EveryBODY!
So I thought I'd start this up again. Its a new year which means new goals. I thought it would be great to do a "lets all get healthy" kind of contest/team. No pressure for any of us to lose weight or anything, I just want to share changes we are making in our lives to live happier, healthier lives, whether its sharing a healthy recipe, telling of a new hobby, whatever.

So this year my goal is to stop focusing on how I LOOK and instead, how I feel. I want to take better care of myself. Get more sleep, eat better, play more.
