yawning 101
Yawns can be really boring. So I like to spice mine up. I don't have to do much, since my mouth is huge and when I yawn it's like my jaw unhinges and I swallow space and time.
I don't know about you, but I always have to make a sound when I yawn. I had a boss that would get so mad at me for doing this (plus, I didn't cover my mouth) and she acted like I was punching her grandma in the face. She was so personally offended by my "bad manners". I was like, "Listen lady, your job isn't to attack my yawning habits. So back off." My last day on the job I should've walked into her office, stood on her desk, and with my arm raised like a Shakespearean actor, and with great gusto, unleashed the biggest yawn I could've mustered.
ANYWAYS.....lets not go off on any more tangents....
Here are some things I like to do to make a yawn something worth looking forward to:
-add some vibrato to the end. The more operatic the better
-smack your lips at the end like you just ate some yummy pie. Like this "aaaaaahhhhhhhhh...num num num"
-my personal favorite is to throw in a chewbacca noise at the end. It always catches people by surprise
-yawning takes your mouth to its very limits, so while your mouth is stretched as far as it possibly can go, take it a step further and widen your eyes and flare your nostrils. Maybe even add a little shaking so it looks like it's almost painful to get out.
-on the exhale part of the yawn, the "ahhhhh" part, just scream bloody murder.
-inhale: raise both arms above your head while wiggling fingers exhale: lower back down. bow.
Do you have any more ways to make a yawn more fulfilling?

dear future me
OH YAH! I heard about this awesome website called futureme.org where you can write yourself a letter to be emailed to you in the future. I wrote myself one for a year from now with the goals I would like to have accommplished by that time.
Pretty cool :)
Gas of the pass
Pass the gas. (What is it about that phrase that is sooo funny? I never tire of it)
So I've lost an inch off every part of my body since I started the 3 hour thing! Yay. And I've even cheated. (1,000 calorie malt, anyone? Skookie, anyone? :) I really really like it. Love the food.
Pass gas.
Also, what about our trip to disneyland in November, guys? We are going for sure! Tom and I really think we NEED to do it because life is just going to get busier. Even if I'm pregnant during it I don't care. I just want to hang with my fam and go on a trip.
Pass gas.
Also, mom, where the heck are you? This blog was YOUR idea in the first place! CONTRIBUTE! :)
Pass gas.
Also, how about the pretty good news about mom? *CLAP CLAP CLAP!!!! We love you mom! You're a fighter and a survivor!
Pass gas.
Mae woke up in the middle of the night crying last night and said "Mom I want my grandma! I can't play with my grandma anymore!" I'm guessing she had a dream she was playing with grandma, woke up, and realized she was gone. hee hee
Pass gas.
My breasts are sore.
Pass gas.

Flactoids
The other day Caitlyn was asking me about the flactoids in our garden. I just listened to her, thinking she either misheard something Curtis or I said or that she was just making up words again. Then tonight Greg asked me is Caitlyn had told me anything about flactoids and I said yes andd started to tell him I wasn't sure where she got it from, thinking she had been talking to him about flactoids recently as well. Then I noticed a he was laughing. Oh yes, Greg had taught her all about flactoids - they are little sticks in the yard that help keep some creature that I can't remember the name of out of the yard. So tonight I watched as he and Caitlyn went on a grand adventure in the yard. At some point he was stuck int he grass because of the Kaboosles and then he caught some creature called a Spectire or something like that and that are sleeping when they fly through our yards and that is how he caught one! They were playing like this for about 20 minutes! It was so cute! She loved it! And I thoroughly entertained. I think we will be making playdates more often for those two! It was sad when the two adventures had to go inside and go to bed :(
